John “Jack” Wallace founded Fringe Benefit Services Incorporated in 1970. Fresh out of the Marines he obtained his license to sell insurance. He believes he succeeded in business due to superior customer service and taking care of every client quickly and efficiently. John’s advice to all new agents is “you are never on vacation when you are an insurance agent, you should always take phone calls and take care of clients even if sunbathing in the Bahamas”.
